The Safari management company has over 125 years in managing, breeding, and transporting zoological animals throughout the worldand educating children. The director (Bill Coburn) and his staff have successfully relocated over 6,500 zoological specimens world wide; from aardvarks to zebra and everything in between. Millions of children and adults have enjoyed their successful animal relocations both throughout the U.S. and Internationally. By working with the American Zoological Association (AZA) and the Zoological Association of America (ZOA), as well as International Zoos, Private Game Reserves, and Game Parks, they have collected the BEST OF THE BEST specimens for educational exhibits and conservation management. With the company Motto of "Educating the children of today, for the preservation of the animals of tomorrow" as a driving force, this United States Dept. of Agriculture (USDA) federally inspected and approved facility has revolutionized the standards for Safari Parks in the U.S.

By utilizing compatible specimens that are not only a great educational exhibit, but also hold the future as the genetic animal bank for several generations into the future, we have presented animals in an open air environment to maximize both reproduction and conservation. Our off site facilities house over 350 zoological specimens that are maintained in breeding/exhibit environments to supply local Safari Parks, Zoos and private facilities with genetically desirable specimens. It is with great responsibility, and our pleasure, that these animal ambassadors are presented to be enjoyed and appreciated as representatives of the greater picture.
We have been coming to Kalahari for a few years now. It is a place where our kids can be KIDS! And we as parents love watching & joining in on the fun! We never even have to leave the hotel. Thank you Kalahari.
