Hot Stone Massage
Traditional Swedish massage is enhanced by the use of warm polished basalt stones. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, melting away layers of tension and stress.
Kalahari's Hot Stone Pedi Kur
The exclusive Kalahari pedicure helps stimulate circulation as well as revitalize and remineralize tired feet. Using Eucalyptus and Turkish Salts, the feet are exfoliated and then soaked in a mineral foot bath. A hot stone massage with therapeutic, refreshing and nourishing Fuss Balm completes this luxurious treatment.
Moor Mud
Moor Mud is legendary for its powerful therapeutic properties. This mud is a blend of botanical materials which has had natural interaction with thermal mineral water. This several thousand-year-old treatment remineralizes and soothes the body.
In a Kalahari Minute
For those on the go, but in need of a touch of pampering; includes a Zone Massage (25 min), the Kalahari Express Facial (25 min) and a Spa Manicure (25 min).

Appointments
Spa Treatment are offered to persons 16 and older, with the exception of our "Teen Facial". All persons under the age of 18 years require parental consent.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum four-hour notice to change or cancel Spa appointments. Cancellations and/or changes made within four hours will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the treatment prices. Spa packages require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a charge of 50 percent. No notification of cancellation will result in a full charge of the treatment prices.
Gratuity
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of services.
To assist you in fully experiencing the benefits and pleasures of our Spa services, we offer the following suggestions:
Should I make a reservation for my treatment?
Yes, and it is best to do so prior to your arrival at the resort to accommodate your schedule.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and change. Please be advised your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe and slippers will be provided when you arrive at the spa. During treatments, the therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. Unreturned items will be charged to your room.
Should men shave before a facial?
Yes, for best results men should shave a few hours before their facial.
Should women shave before a treatment?
It is best to avoid shaving before any body treatment to prevent irritation.
May I bring my valuables?
It is recommended you leave your valuables in the safe provided in your guest room. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.
How can I ensure a wonderful Spa experience?
Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during treatment.
What services are provided for expecting mothers?
Mothers-to-be can enjoy all salon services, facials and a prenatal massage. Please note massage is performed only if you are in your second and third trimester.
Is it possible to request a male or female service provider?
Spa Kalahari will fulfill this request whenever possible to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. We do suggest your request be made at the time of reservation.
After treatment care.
Please drink plenty of water before and after any spa treatments received. It is important to keep hydrated. Following any heat treatments, it is important that you rest and avoid any rigorous activity for at least one hour.
Quiet Zone.
To ensure a relaxing experience, we ask that you turn off your cell phone ringers and pagers before entering the Spa.
