Waterpark Group Policies
- Minimum of 10 attendees required for group discounts.
- Group reservations must be made at least 1 week in advance with a credit card, and are based on availability. Group reservations made within 1 week of arrival may not receive the full group discount. Certain blackout dates may apply. Group rates are by reservation ONLY. Walk-in's will not be accepted at the group rate.
- Final number of attendees and full credit card payment is required 3 business days prior to arrival date.
- A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any group that cancels. Groups canceling within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit entire group payment. Groups can reschedule event date without being subject to cancellation fees. If illness or weather becomes an issue, the entire party may be rescheduled.
- Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted inside the waterpark or in any common areas of the resort.
- Group rates are subject to change and not guaranteed without a reservation.

- Private rooms are not available for Waterpark Birthday Parties. Guest are welcome to utilize any of the dry deck space located in the park on a first come, first serve basis.
