Edge Fitness will help take the guilt out of your vacation pleasures! Kalahari's on-site personal training and fitness studio, Edge Fitness is designed for those looking to begin or refine their fitness routine while on their Kalahari Getaway!
Certified personal trainers are available by appointment, or Kalahari Resort Guests may utilize Edge Fitness free of charge Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 1pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 1pm.
Edge Fitness features free weights, Free Motion machines, medicine balls, BOSU's, resistance tubes, and more.
