Hot Stone Massage
Traditional Swedish massage is enhanced by the use of warm polished basalt stones. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, melting away layers of tension and stress.
Moor Mud Body Wrap
Ease your muscular tensions with our luxurious European-style massage. The organic and sterile properties of Moor Mud blended together with over 1,000 plant extracts and trace elements create a unique body wrap experience.
Kalahari's Signature Pedicure
Relax and enjoy being pampered with this pedicure that consists of the typical attention but mixed with a luxurious mask, hot stone and paraffin wrap to deeply hydrate and before your polish, a hot stone massage.

Spa Kalahari and Salon is open 9am – 9pm Monday through Friday. 8am – 9pm Saturday and Sunday. Operating hours are subject to seasonal change.

Appointments
Spa treatments are offered to persons 16 and older. Salon services have no age restrictions. All persons under the age of 18 years require parental consent.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum four-hour notice to change or cancel Spa appointments. Cancellations and/or changes made within four hours will be subject to a charge of 50 percent of the treatment prices. Spa packages require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a charge of 50 percent. No notification of cancellation will result in a full charge of the treatment prices.
Service Pricing
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of services.
To assist you in fully experiencing the benefits and pleasures of our Spa services, we offer the following suggestions:
Should I make a reservation for my treatment?
Yes, and it is best to do so prior to your arrival at the resort to accommodate your schedule.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to check in and change. Please be advised your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not inconvenienced.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is most comfortable. A robe and slippers will be provided when you arrive at the spa. During treatments, the therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. Unreturned items will be charged to your room.
Should men shave before a facial?
Yes, for best results men should shave a few hours before their facial.
Should women shave before a treatment?
It is best to avoid shaving before any body treatment to prevent irritation.
May I bring my valuables?
It is recommended you leave your valuables in the safe provided in your guest room. The spa does not assume liability for any valuables.
How can I ensure a wonderful Spa experience?
Discuss openly your likes, dislikes, concerns, questions or areas of focus with your therapist before and during treatment.
What services are provided for expecting mothers?
Mothers-to-be can enjoy all salon services, facials and a prenatal massage. Please note massage is performed only if you are in your second and third trimester.
Is it possible to request a male or female service provider?
Spa Kalahari will fulfill this request whenever possible to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. We do suggest your request be made at the time of reservation.
After treatment care.
Please drink plenty of water before and after any spa treatments received. It is important to keep hydrated. Following any heat treatments, it is important that you rest and avoid any rigorous activity for at least one hour.
Quiet Zone.
To ensure a relaxing experience, we ask that you turn off your cell phone ringers and pagers before entering the Spa.
