Theme Park & Waterpark Group Policies
- Theme Park and Waterpark party admission is for valid for the day of arrival only.
- Minimum of 10 attendees required for group discounts.
- Reservations can be made anytime; however they must be made at least 3 business days prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees.
- $50 credit card deposit required with reservation. Full balance is due on arrival.
- Cancellation or reschedule of group must be made at least 24 hours before arrival date or $50 deposit will be forfeited. Please call 608-254-3252.
- Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted in the Waterpark or Theme Park or any common areas of the resort.
- Indoor Theme Park guests must be in dry street clothing with shoes. Swimwear is not permitted.

Theme Park Voucher Policies
- Theme Park and Waterpark party admission is for valid for the day of arrival only.
- Minimum order of 12 vouchers required for discount.
- Vouchers good for 6 months from the day ordered
- Vouchers must be paid in full with a credit card when ordered.
- Vouchers will be mailed to guest.
- Each voucher is good for 1 DAY ONLY
- Rate good for ages 6 years & up
- Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted in the Waterpark or Theme Park or any common areas of the resort.
