YES! Waterpark is INCLUDED with your stay for all registered guests.
👫CAN I ADD EXTRA GUESTS?
This depends on how many guests are already coming and the room style. Certain rooms can only accommodate a specific number of guests. If there is still space to add additional guests to your room, for a nightly fee (this amount does vary) you can update your reservation here. Or text us at 419-549-5210 to find out your options.
💱HOW CAN I MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
You can do that online! Just click here, and use this Confirmation Number and email. Note: If your confirmation numbers starts with an "R", please remove that when entering in your info.
🤗WHEN IS THE EARLIEST I CAN CHECK-IN AND START USING THE WATERPARK?
Check in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come early to pre-register as early as 10AM. You can start using the Waterpark then. Don’t worry, we’ll text you when your room is ready after 4:00 PM. Hint – pack a separate Waterpark specific bag to make changing a breeze.
🥺WHEN IS CHECKOUT TIME & HOW LATE CAN WE STAY IN THE WATERPARK?
Check out is no later than 11:00am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, we invite you to stay with us until 3PM in the Waterpark and enjoy the many other great Kalahari amenities and services available.
😴CAN I GET AN EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECKOUT?
Yes! Add a "More Time for More Fun" package to your stay and receive valet parking, guaranteed 2:00 PM early check-in at a special VIP location, 12:00 PM late checkout and a delicious treat! Just send us a text at 419-549-5210 for pricing and availability.
💳DO I NEED THE SAME CREDIT CARD I USED WHEN BOOKING TO CHECK-IN?
Yes, the credit card used to make your reservation must be present when you check-in. We will charge $1 at check-in. If you have a concern about the security of this process, please text us at 419-549-5210 to learn about possible alternative solutions.
👨👩👧👧CAN MY FAMILY CHECK-IN BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Of course! Please text us at 419-549-5210 so that we can add them to your reservation to claim their waterpark wristbands.
💦SO THAT MEANS I GET TO USE THE WATERPARK FROM MY DAY OF ARRIVAL TILL MY DAY OF DEPARTURE?
🦺ARE THERE LIFE VESTS TO USE?
Yes! Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. But, we do have a plentiful amount. We require life vests for all children under 48”.

🏖️HOW CAN I RESERVE A CABANA FOR MY STAY?

📍CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC ROOM LOCATION?
While we do our best to accommodate all our guests’ requests, we aren’t able to guarantee that we can do so with all the requests we receive in a day. However, please feel free to text us here 419-549-5210 and we will do our best.
🍽️IS FOOD ALLOWED WITHIN THE WATERPARK?
No, for the safety of all of our guests, no outside food or beverages are allowed within the waterpark. If you have specific dietary needs, please connect with us via text prior to discuss your options: 419-549-5210
🩱SHOULD WE BRING TOWELS?
You can bring your own towels or we have towels available for rent for resort guests at the towel station within the Waterpark. As long as the towels are returned, there's no charge for our overnight guests. Remember, some wet kiddos can get a chill walking to and from the waterpark and the room, even if it’s all inside. Pro Tip: Bring robes for the short walk.

🧹WHERE DID THE FULL STAY OVER SERVICE GO?
While we no longer offer full stayover service, we’re proud to provide a daily refresh that includes garbage being removed, fresh towels exchanged, and amenities being replenished. When you are on property, just text with your requests.
