Thank you for acting so promptly! If you’d like to keep your new dates at the same rate - no problem! It will be our pleasure to have you as our guest. No need to do anything. Just come on your new dates of stay and have fun!
- Rescheduled but wanting to change back?
We’re so sorry for the extra steps. We would be delighted to accommodate you. Please give us a ring at 1-877-525-2427 and we would be more than happy to make that update for you.
- Cancelled your stay but would still like to come now?
Oh, thank goodness! We would love to have you as our guest. Please give us a ring at 1-877-525-2427 and we will get you set up with the same rate you previously had.
- Didn’t do anything or this is the first-time hearing of this?
We’ve got you covered. Your original stay has not been impacted. We will see you on your originally selected dates of stay. Just go ahead and delete this email and forget this ever happened. We will see you soon!
