Existing Reservations Stays June 12 - June 19

With the recent guidance from the state officials, we will be reopening June 12 with limited amenities. Including, but not limited to the closure of the Indoor Waterpark, Outdoor Waterpark and the Safari Outdoor Adventure Park. However, we will have both the Outdoor Lagoon Pool and Outdoor Sands Pool open, weather permitting.

Your Options

We understand this is not the Kalahari Experience you were hoping to have. So, we wanted to give you some options to ensure we continue to deliver beyond expectations - both now and when we have all of our amenities available.

OPTION 1
KEEP YOUR RESERVATION: 
At first glace, this might not sound like the best option... but just you wait. If you choose to keep your reservation June 12 - June 19, we will include the following:

  • $25 Arcade Credit per stay
  • Passes to the Safari Animal Park - the Zoo portion only (per person, one time use) 
  • Most Importantly, a credit in the total amount of what you paid for your room per night, including Room Revenue, Resort Fee and if applicable, Extra Guest Fees (tax not included) to be used on a future night's stay! 
    • The details: The Future Stay Credit will be given to you upon arrival for your stay. Credit to be used towards a future reservation, with stay dates prior to December 19, 2020. Limited Blackout Dates include: July 4, September 5, September 6, November 26th and November 27th. This credit is not valid on resort amenities.  

Getaway now, soak in the sun AND come to play later. There is no need to call, we will automatically process this for your upcoming stay. 

 

OPTION 2
MOVE YOUR RESERVATION DATES: No problem! Just let us know the dates you would like to reschedule for using the form. Rates and availability may vary. Please note, you'll pay what the new rate is on the date you stay - not your current rate. So if it is more, you'll pay the additional balance upon check-in or if it is less, you'll receive a credit. To check rates and availability, please visit online here. Once we have moved your reservation you will receive a new confirmation email. Please be patient, this process can take up to 7 business days. There is no need to call, just fill out the form. 

 

OPTION 3
CANCEL YOUR STAY: While we are disappointed we won't be able to see you, we understand. Things seem to change by the day. We are hopeful that once life settles again, we have the opportunity to have you as our guests. We will process your cancellation, free of any penalties or charges. You will receive your full deposit amount back on your original form of payment. Just fill out the form. There is no need to call. You will receive a cancellation email, confirmation this has been processed. Please be patient - this process can take up to 7-10 business days to complete and additional 5 days for you to receive the funds.
