Culinary Internship

Kalahari Resorts has multiple food & beverage concepts – coffee and scratch-pastry shops, casual and fine dining full-service restaurants, quick-service outlets, a high-volume beverage operation, and a full-service convention center. As a Culinary Intern, you will gain the unforgettable experience of being part of our heart-of-house team in one or more of the following areas: Double Cut Steak House, Sortino’s Italian Kitchen, Cinco Niños, B-Lux Grill & Bar, Great Karoo Marketplace, Wisconsin Brew Pub, MACS – Macaroni and Cheese Shop, waterpark eateries, banquets, baking/pastry, or the main production/prep kitchen.
