Kalahari Gift Card Terms & General Questions

You can use your Kalahari gift card at any Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. This includes our locations in The Poconos, Round Rock, Sandusky, Wisconsin Dells, and Spotsylvania (Opening Late 2026).

Gift cards can be used to purchase food or retail from any of our outlets, waterpark passes, passes to any of our parks (such as Tom Foolerys, Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures, Safari Outdoor Adventure Park, etc.), as well as our spa & salon. You can also purchase rooms with gift cards, but you must call 1-877-KALAHARI to do so.

Please note: Gift Cards may NOT be redeemed on Kalahari Season Passes or Kalahari Black Friday pass packs. Not valid on group rooms or room blocks.

Yes! Kalahari gift cards can be redeemed for waterpark day passes and Tom Foolerys Adventure Park day passes online if they contain a 4-digit PIN on the back of the card.

Each gift card can hold a maximum of $500. If you’d like to purchase more than $500 in value, the total amount must be split across multiple cards.

Yes! We will refund the original payment method and replace it the gift card. Give us a call at 1-877-KALAHARI (525-2427) and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that refunds to original form of payment may take 1-2 business days. 

Yes, Kalahari gift cards can be redeemed for waterpark day passes Online or at the Waterpark Front Desk. Some physical cards may not be redeemed for online purchases if they do not contain a 4-digit PIN on the back of the card.

Please note: Waterpark day passes cannot be purchased with a gift card card through our call center.

Yes! Our gift cards are able to be used on any purchase within our retail outlets. Unfortunately, Build-A-Bear Workshop gift cards are unable to be used at Build-A-Bear workshop locations within our resorts.

Orders placed online can be refunded up to 30 days from purchase as long as the gift card has full value. If the gift card has been shipped, please note the shipping cost will not be refunded. To cancel the order, please email [email protected].

If your bill exceeds the amount of your gift card, you are responsible for the remaining amount with another form of payment.

Yes, you may use multiple gift cards to pay for stays, services, and purchases.

Yes, all gift cards, including our Holiday Bonus Gift Cards, expire 5 years from the date of purchase or last load date, whichever occurs last.

Once the card has been reported as lost or stolen, the card is deactivated, and the balance is transferred to a new, registered Kalahari gift card. The old card has no value and can no longer be used.

No, we currently do not offer this function. Gift cards are only accepted at resort locations.

No, Kalahari Gift Cards cannot be used as payment towards additional Kalahari Gift Cards. 

No, the gift card may be used multiple times until the entire value has been redeemed.

No, Gift Card orders cannot be changed or be modified once placed. This includes delivery email, physical address, etc.

To report a lost or stolen gift card, please email [email protected]. Once the card has been reported as lost or stolen, the card is deactivated, and the balance is transferred to a new, registered Kalahari gift card. The old card has no value and can no longer be used.

Please note: You must have your original receipt or order number to report a lost or stolen gift card.

No, you are welcome to buy as many gift cards as you like. 

Please note:

  • Some orders may require additional fraud-prevention screening before being released; this screening is conducted daily.
  • All orders of $5,000 or more require a mandatory 3-business day hold as part of our anti-fraud measures.

Most digital gift cards should be delivered within 2 hours, but may take up to 24 hours. Delivery times can be affected by order processing times, additional verification with your financial institution, and the recipient's email provider's processing.

No, unfortunately we are unable to support future date delivery on digital gift cards.

Gift cards are generally delivered within 3-8 business days from the date they are shipped. Note that gift cards ship from our Wisconsin Dells, WI location, so shipping times may vary.
Gift Cards purchased from January through October, Monday-Friday by 12:00pm CST will ship same day. Orders received after 12:00pm CST and on weekends will ship the next business day. Gift cards purchased during Bonus Gift Card sales will be shipped within three (3) business days.

Standard shipping for gift card orders is $8.50. Shipping fees may in increase with the addition of other items, such as retail products and gift card boxes. Shipping service is UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (for PO Boxes only).

Yes! We offer 3-day shipping through UPS 3-Day Select, to the United States at an additional cost. Please note that 3-day shipping does not ship to PO Boxes.

Currently, we offer shipping to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates apply. International shipments may incur customs & duty fees. The fees may vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes assessed by the importing country. 

Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
