Thank you for your interest in being part of the Kalahari Influencer Program because every family adventure deserves to be told.
To be considered for the program and be eligible for a media/influencer rate or a complimentary stay, please review the requirements below and complete the submission form. A member of our team will contact you regarding your request.
Who We Work With
Influencer Partners
Must meet at least three of the following requirements to be considered:
Primary channel reach of 30K+ followers or average video views of 15K+
Average engagement rate of 1.5%+
60% or more of U.S. followers (majority between ages of 25-44)
Proven family-travel storytelling (at least 3 posts in the past 90 days)
Content Creators
Must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Follower count is secondary – we look for professional-grade photo/video, editing skills, and a portfolio of paid brand work
Must supply recent raw content samples or a reel
Comfortable granting perpetual, royalty-free usage of produced assets
What to Expect if Approved
- We’ll co-create a custom content package (posts, stories, reels, blog, etc.)
- Complimentary or discounted stay details will be confirmed in writing.
- Content must be delivered within 7 days of check-out unless otherwise agreed.
- All approved assets become shareable across Kalahari’s owned channels; additional paid usage is negotiated separately.
Brand-Safety Checklist:
○ Family-friendly tone, no profanity, sexual content, alcohol/drug use
○ ADA-compliant captions
○ Music licensed or royalty-free
