Kalahari Retail Shipping & Returns
All orders, except for Andrew Goralski artwork, are shipped via United State Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Surepost.
Returns & Exchanges
Kalahari Resorts accepts returns and exchanges made within 30 days of purchase by mail or to any Kalahari retail shop with a receipt. Shipping, handling fees, and waterpark experiences are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return an item or exchange an item.
For In-shop returns or exchanges:
Bring the receipt, the merchandise, and the credit card used for the purchase to any Kalahari shop. With an original receipt, merchandise returns will be refunded by the original payment method within 30 days of return. Without an original receipt, we will issue a Kalahari Gift Card for the current selling price of the item(s). Valid ID is required for all returns and exchanges without the receipt. There is no guarantee that the item(s) being exchanged will be available at that time. However, merchandise can be exchanged for different retail items or a Kalahari Gift Card.

Include the return form, indicate a reason code and quantity for each item returned, and note any reorder instructions. Retain the order summary for your records. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
