Check in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come as early as when America’s Largest Indoor Waterpark opens at 10 AM to pre-register and begin using the Waterpark right away. Don’t worry, we’ll text you when your room is ready after 4:00 PM. Hint – pack a separate Waterpark specific bag to make changing a breeze. Don’t forget, there are Waterpark locker rentals available for your other personal items you may want to keep near.
Check out is no later than 11:00am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, we invite you to stay with us throughout the day and enjoy the Waterpark till it closes and many other great Kalahari amenities available. -

Waterpark Admissions is included with your stay for ALL registered guests!
We do sell a limited amount of Day Waterpark Passes online to guests. To purchase your day pass, please click here. The only way to guarantee your waterpark admission is by purchasing ahead of time online.

Unfortunately, outside coolers, food or drink are not permitted into the Waterparks. However, there are many dining options both outside and inside the Waterparks for your enjoyment. For more information please visit our dining options.

Yes, life vests are required for all children under 48". At Kalahari Resorts, the safety and security of our guests is our number one priority. In our indoor and outdoor Waterparks, Kalahari is proud to meet, and in many cases, exceed state and federal guidelines for Waterpark safety. Although many children possess excellent swimming capabilities in standard pools, Kalahari Resorts requires all children under 48" to wear a life vest for added safety while enjoying our Waterparks. You are encouraged to bring your own life vest if it is well fitting and U.S. Coast Guard approved. Complimentary life vests will be available in the Waterpark on a first come first served basis.

Swim diapers are required for all children under the age of 3 and all children who are not toilet-trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase from Kalahari retail.

Yes. If the name on a Reservation is different than the name on the Credit Card used, and the owner of the Credit Card will not be at Check-in, the following steps are required:
1. Click here to open and print the Credit Card Authorization Form.
2. Complete the form in its entirety, including the signature of the credit card holder.
3. Obtain photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used to make the reservation as well as the credit card holder's photo ID. Please note that the back of the credit card must have the card holder's signature. The signature on the form must match the Signature on the Credit Card and Drivers License.
4. Please send the completed Letter of Authorization form, photocopies of the front and back of the credit card and card holder's ID to [email protected], or Fax them to: (608) 254-6116.
5. The completed Letter of Authorization form, photocopies of the front and back of the credit card and card holder's ID must be received more than 7 days prior to the arrival date to be accepted.

There are several organizations, municipalities and governmental agencies that may be exempt from Texas state and local taxes. The tax-exempt laws of Texas are dependent on several factors. If your stay is being paid or reimbursed by one of these entities, please click here and use this document as a guide to what is needed to exempt your stay from tax. Kalahari Resort encourages you to have all the documentation faxed or emailed to us in advance of your stay. We require all the appropriate forms and documentation in order for the tax to be waived. Taxes will be charged until these items are provided. Information can be faxed to 608-254-6116.

Yes, admission to America's Largest Indoor Waterpark and the outdoor waterpark (seasonal, weather permitting) is included for each registered hotel guest!

Yes, pack and plays are available and complimentary for guests. Rollaway beds are available on a limited basis for $15 per night based on room style as not all room styles will accommodate the space required.

If you are making the reservation for both rooms you may request for the rooms to be located next to each other, however this cannot be guaranteed until check in.
If you are requesting to have your room located next to that of one reserved by someone else, we require both parties to make this request independently. This can be done via email or by each calling Reservations at 877-525-2427 (please be sure to have your confirmation number available). Once both parties have confirmed, the requests will be added to the reservations, but cannot be guaranteed until check in. -
The Resort Fee is a mandatory daily fee of $39.99 to cover the costs associated with providing the highest level of amenities for our guests. To view what is included in the fee please view our Resort Fee page.

Unfortunately, except in those cases of service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities, pets are not allowed at the Resorts.

In the interest of the safety of our guests, the use of hoverboards, skateboards, and similar items is not allowed anywhere on Resort property.
