Gift cards can be used to purchase food or retail from any of our outlets, waterpark passes, passes to any of our parks (such as Tom Foolerys, Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures, Safari Outdoor Adventure Park, etc.), as well as our spa & salon. Gift cards are not valid on purchases at partner outlets such as Build-A-Bear Workshop. You can also purchase rooms with gift cards, but you must call 1-877-KALAHARI to do so.

No, gift cards cannot be redeemed online, including room reservations. To book a room with a gift card, please contact our reservation team at 1-877-KALAHARI.

Yes! Our gift cards are able to be used on any purchase within our retail outlets. Unfortunately, Build-A-Bear Workshop cards are unable to be used at Build-A-Bear workshop locations within our resorts.

Gift cards are generally delivered within 2-7 business days. Note that gift cards ship from Wisconsin Dells, WI, so shipping times may vary.

Expect delays with shipments to Canada. Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, international orders are delivered using alternate carriers and may have an increased time in shipment.

Gift Cards purchased from January through October, Monday-Friday by 12PM CST will ship same day. Orders received after 12PM CST and on weekends will ship the next business day. Gift cards purchased during Bonus Gift Card sales (ie: Fall into Flavors or Holiday) will be shipped within three (3) business days.

Standard shipping for gift card orders is $8.50 through UPS Ground. Shipping fees may increase with the addition of other items, such as retail products and gift card boxes.

Yes! We offer 3-day shipping expedited shipping through UPS 3-Day Select at an additional cost. Please note that 3-day shipping does not ship internationally or to PO Boxes.

Yes, Kalahari gift cards can be redeemed for waterpark day passes both online and at the Waterpark Front Desk. However, please note that guests are NOT able to make waterpark day passes through our call center.
