There are several organizations, municipalities and governmental agencies that may be exempt from Wisconsin state and local taxes. The tax-exempt laws of Wisconsin are dependent on several factors. If your stay is being paid or reimbursed by one of these entities, please click here and use this document as a guide to what is needed to exempt your stay from tax. The majority of exempt stays will require a State of Wisconsin S211 form to be filled out. For a copy of this form and/or an example letter documenting a traveler being reimbursed, please click here for an S211. Kalahari Resort encourages you to have all the documentation faxed or emailed to us in advance of your stay.
