If your stay is being paid or reimbursed by one of these entities, please click here and use this document as a guide to what is needed to exempt your stay from tax. The majority of exempt stays will require a State of Wisconsin S211 form to be filled out. For a copy of this form and/or an example letter documenting a traveler being reimbursed, please click here for an S211.
