YES! Waterpark is INCLUDED with your stay for all registered guests.

This depends on how many guests are already coming and the room style. Certain rooms can only accommodate a specific number of guests. If there is still space to add additional guests to your room, for a nightly fee (this amount does vary) you can update your reservation here. Or text us at 608-640-3060 to find out your options.

You can do that online! Just click here, and use this Confirmation Number and email. Note: If your confirmation numbers starts with an "R", please remove that when entering in your info.

Check in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come early to pre-register as early as 10AM. You can start using the Waterpark then. Don’t worry, we’ll text you when your room is ready after 4:00 PM. Hint – pack a separate Waterpark specific bag to make changing a breeze.

Check out is no later than 11:00am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, we invite you to stay with us throughout the day and enjoy the Waterpark till it closes and many other great Kalahari amenities available.

Yes! Add a More Time for More Fun package to your stay and receive a guaranteed 1:00 PM early check-in at a special VIP check-in area and a 2:00 PM late checkout! Just send us a text at 608-640-3060 for pricing and availability.

Yes, the credit card used to make your reservation must have a microchip and must be present when you check-in. We will charge $1 at check-in. If you have a concern about the security of this process, please text us at 608-640-3060 to learn about possible alternative solutions.

Yes! Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. But, we do have a plentiful amount. We require life vests for all children under 48”.

In order to provide a smoother and safer transaction for our guests and associates, our resort is 100% cashless. We accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband. Should you arrive on property with only cash, we do have kiosks to exchange your dollars onto a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You can learn more here.

You can bring your own towels or we have towels available for rent for resort guests at the towel station within the Waterpark. As long as the towels are returned daily, there's no charge for our overnight guests. If towels are not returned - there is a daily charge of $25 per towel.

In effort to meet each guest’s comfort level, traditional housekeeping stay-over service is available upon request. Daily 'Refresh' Service will be offered to exchange towels, remove trash, and replenish any amenities needed.
