Waterpark Youth & Student Group Policies

• Waterpark Day Groups must have at least 10 guests (over the age of 2) to qualify for a group rate
• Reservations must be made and paid in full with a credit/debit card at time of reservation. Must be reserved at least 3 business days prior to arrival and based on availability.
• A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any party that cancels at least 3 days prior to arrival, any cancellation within 3 days prior will result in forfeiture of payment. Parties can be rescheduled within 30 days from original event date, prices may increase & will be based on the new event date. Group rates are subject to change, not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not guaranteed.
• Tax-exempt forms are required as permitted by the State of Wisconsin.

"Lock-In" Parties
Looking for something fun & different for your group to experience? Kalahari Waterpark "Lock-In" Parties are great for Girl/Boy Scout councils, post proms, large churches, and more! Shared or Exclusive packages are available with add-on food/beverage options.

Lock-In Party Policies

• Minimum rate required.
• Lock-In reservation must be made with a $1000 non-refundable deposit at least 1 month prior to arrival based on an estimated number of attendees.
• Full balance is due on arrival based on the actual number of attendees.
• Cancellation or reschedule of a group must be made at least 72 hours before arrival date. Please call 608-254-3252.
• Carry-in food, beverages or coolers are not permitted in any common areas of the resort.
• Discounted waterpark rates are booked based on availability. Certain blackout dates may apply.
