Salt therapy, or halotherapy, uses a halogenerator to vaporize pure salt into the air so it can be breathed deep into the lungs. Our salt therapy room contains pure organic Himalayan salt and a high-quality halogenerator to turn that pure salt into the salt vapor that provides so many health benefits to our guests. The salt is ionized and then released into the atmosphere. When inhaled, the negatively charged ions attach to the positively charged toxins in the system and neutralize the charge, detoxifying the body from the inside out. With everything falling so perfectly into place your mind is given permission to think of nothing and to move your subconscious to whatever plane you need ...to heal, move forward, or just rest. Floating is about everything that you won’t be doing. You won’t be fighting gravity. The solution is kept at body temperature, which means you lose track of where your body ends and the solution begins. The tank is insulated against sound; noise doesn’t reach you. The outside world is gone and amazing things happen, simply because there are no external stimuli for your brain to process. It turns out that when you’re not fighting gravity or constantly taking in information, your body has a lot of extra resources at its disposal. Your mind is free without distraction, your brain produces endorphins and your body gets to rest, de-stress and heal. It’s likely the most relaxing thing you’ve ever experienced.
WHO SHOULD FLOAT

We highly recommend everyone commit to at least 3 floats, to give yourself the time you need to fully enjoy every aspect of this wonderful healing experience.
1st Float: Get to know your tank and your surroundings; relaxation usually begins 20 minutes into your first time.
2nd Float: Relaxation comes much quicker as you are familiar with your routine and your space.
3rd Float: You can’t wait to sink into that space of zero gravity and complete relaxation, oh and at this point, you are hooked.
