Check-in is at 4:00pm. Should you arrive as early as 10:00am, you may preregister and begin to enjoy the waterparks.

Check-out is no later than 11:00am. After check-out, we invite you to stay a little longer and enjoy the waterpark till 3:00pm.

You MUST be at least 18 years of age to reserve and check into all our rooms except, you must be 21 years of age to stay in the Big Five Suite and Penthouse Suite.

All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Unfortunately, outside coolers, food or drink are not permitted into the Waterparks. However, there are many dining options both outside and inside the Waterparks for your enjoyment. For more information please visit our dining options.

Yes, life vests are required for all children under 48". At Kalahari Resorts, the safety and security of our guests is our number one priority. In our indoor and outdoor Waterparks, Kalahari is proud to meet, and in many cases, exceed state and federal guidelines for Waterpark safety. Although many children possess excellent swimming capabilities in standard pools, Kalahari Resorts requires all children under 48" to wear a life vest for added safety while enjoying our Waterparks. You are encouraged to bring your own life vest if it is well fitting and U.S. Coast Guard approved. Complimentary life vests will be available in the Waterpark on a first come first served basis.

Swim diapers are required for all children under the age of 3 and all children who are not toilet-trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase from Kalahari retail.

At the time of check-in, the credit card used to make your reservation must be present with the credit card holder and photo ID. You may also use a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Kalahari Gift Cards as forms of payment for your remaining balance. We do not accept virtual cards or installment loan payment providers.

NOTE: In order to provide a smoother and safer transaction for our guests and associates, our resort is now 100% cashless. We accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges. For more information, click here.

Yes! The room rate shown at the time of booking includes the number of guests entered when booking your stay. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests as the rate will reflect this information. Any additional guests that are added after your reservation is confirmed will be charged an additional daily fee. All rooms have maximum occupancy restrictions.

Yes. If the name on a reservation is different than the name on the credit card used, and the owner of the credit card will not be at check-in, the following steps are required:

1. Click here to open and print the Credit Card Authorization Form.

2. Complete the form in its entirety, including the signature of the credit card holder.

3. Obtain photocopies of the front and back of the credit card used to make the reservation as well as the credit card holder's photo ID. Please note that the back of the credit card must have the card holder's signature. The signature on the form must match the signature on the credit card and driver's license.

4. Please send the completed Letter of Authorization form, photocopies of the front and back of the credit card and card holder's ID to [email protected].

5. The completed Letter of Authorization form, photocopies of the front and back of the credit card and card holder's ID must be received more than 7 days prior to the arrival date to be accepted. 

There are several organizations, municipalities and governmental agencies that may be exempt from Pennsylvania state and local taxes. The tax-exempt laws of Pennsylvania are dependent on several factors. If your stay is being paid or reimbursed by one of these entities, please click here and use this document as a guide to what is needed to exempt your stay from tax. Kalahari Resort encourages you to have all the documentation faxed or emailed to us in advance of your stay. We require all the appropriate forms and documentation in order for the tax to be waived. Taxes will be charged until these items are provided. Information can be faxed to 608-254-6116.

Yes, admission to America's Largest Indoor Waterpark and the outdoor waterpark (seasonal, weather permitting) is included for each registered hotel guest!

Yes, pack and plays are available for $25 per day and come with (1) white plush baby blanket in which they can take home with them. Rollaway beds are $25 per day and are subject to certain room types.

If you are making the reservation for both rooms you may request for the rooms to be located next to each other, however this cannot be guaranteed until check in. 

If you are requesting to have your room located next to that of one reserved by someone else, we require both parties to make this request independently. This can be done via email or by each calling Reservations at 877-525-2427 (please be sure to have your confirmation number available). Once both parties have confirmed, the requests will be added to the reservations, but cannot be guaranteed until check in.

The Resort Fee is a mandatory daily fee of $44.99 to cover the costs associated with providing the highest level of amenities for our guests. To view what is included in the fee please view our Resort Fee page.

All guests reserving and staying in the 5 Bedroom Big 5 Suite must agree to these terms and complete this form upon arrival. 

Yes! We recently updated all of our Room Names to be more intuitive and align with industry standards. But don't worry! Please defer to the "Recently called..." text on each room style listing online or give us a ring! We can let you know what new room name coincides with your voucher. 

In effort to make things a bit easier for you during your stay, we’re giving you more ways to pay. All guests will now receive blue charging wristbands that will be pre-authorized $400 for all rooms. After presenting the credit card that was used to make your reservation, the front desk will require this $400 (you may use an additional / different card) upon arrival. This allows for convenient room charging throughout the resort, at the waterpark, restaurants, the spa, and all retail areas. There is no need to carry around your credit card. Simply tap the Kalahari Logo on your blue wristband when you’re ready to pay. But remember, you still need Photo ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages. You can use your wristband for charging from the moment you check-in until the very end of your departure. Anything unused will be returned in 3-5 business days. For more info, please see the front desk upon arrival.

Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Waterpark access is available as early as 10:00am. Just head to the Resort Front Desk to pre-register and get your wristbands. We’ll text you when your room is ready.

Pro Tip: Pack a waterpark bag to make changing a breeze. There are waterpark locker rentals available for personal items.

With the exception of service animals certified under the American Disabilities Act (ADA), pets (including ESAs) are not permitted at Kalahari Resorts & Conventions. Guests bringing animals that go against our pet policy will be asked to leave and will not be refunded.

In the interest of the safety of our guests, the use of hoverboards, skateboards, and similar items is not allowed anywhere on Resort property.

In the interest of the safety of our guests, the use of unmanned aerial vehicles or "drones" is not allowed anywhere on Resort property.

All rooms include a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, in-room safe, complimentary Wi-Fi, remote control television with cable, alarm clock, voice mail system, hair dryer, luxurious bath amenities and admission to the waterparks.

There are three full-service restaurants featuring varied exceptional cuisines as well as several other dining options. Check out your dining options.

Yes. We there are multiple and varied retail shops on property. Including resort and logo wear, African art and items, kid-focused items, sundries and more.

Unfortunately no, there are no Pay-Per-View movies available for rent.

Smoking is only permitted in designated outside locations, and is not allowed on guest room balconies.

Kalahari and the Nelson Family Life Foundation have launched a campaign to highlight the talent of African artists and provide clean water to impoverished communities by creating bore wells.

Kalahari Resorts and its team members reserve the right to enter your room, even when this sign is displayed, for maintenance, safety, security or any other purpose. Our team will knock and announce their presence before entering.

Yes, we have a limited amount of charging stations at our resort. To charge your vehicle, you must opt for valet parking. This is $59.99 which includes your valet parking and electing charging.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

State law prohibits any food or beverage to be brought in from outside the Waterpark.

Guest luggage is not allowed within the waterpark. 

For Resort Overnight Guests: Complimentary towels are provided in the Waterpark and need to be exchanged DAILY to avoid the $30 per towel charge. Guest room towels are not permitted in the Waterpark.

For Waterpark Day Pass Guests: We strongly encourage you to bring your own towels as towels are not provided for waterpark day pass guests. However, if you should forget, we do have towels available for purchase.

Yes, men's and women's showers and changing facilities, as well as family changing facilities are available.

Yes, Kalahari Waterparks features many activities for smaller children including slides, geysers, interactive elements and more.

Swim diapers are required for all children under the age of 3 and all children who are not toilet-trained. Swim diapers are available for purchase from Kalahari retail.

Leggings and shirts are allowed within the waterpark, however, for your safety not permitted on body slides.
