Attraction Policy: During select times, the waterpark may delay the opening of select pools and/or rides, as well as close duplicate or similar attractions.

Bag Policy: For the safety of our guests, all bags will be checked upon entry. Prohibited items include weapons, glass containers, and outside food and beverages.

Carry-in Policy: To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, coolers and outside food or beverages are not permitted in the waterpark or common areas. This policy is strictly enforced in accordance with health regulations and our liquor license requirements. We understand some guests may have specific needs (baby food or allergy-related items). We kindly ask that they be clearly identified to our team during bag checks at the waterpark entry. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests!

Life Jacket Policy: Children under 48" are required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard - Approved Life Jacket. Though encouraged to bring your own life jacket, we do have complimentary life jackets available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scale Enforced Attraction Policy: Select attractions have weight requirements that may be enforced to comply with the manufacturer guidelines. A weigh station is available at the front entrance of the park for your convenience.
