Just a heads up! Sometimes we need to refresh our attractions for routine maintenance, or they may close unexpectedly. Either way, we want you to be in-the-know. Learn more about the status of our waterpark attractions before you arrive.

YES! Waterpark is INCLUDED with your stay for all registered guests.

This depends on how many guests are already coming and the room style. Certain rooms can only accommodate a specific number of guests. If there is still space to add additional guests to your room, for a nightly fee (this amount does vary) you can update your reservation here. Or text us at 570-365-2212 to find out your options.

You can do that online! Just click here, and use this Confirmation Number and email. Note: If your confirmation numbers starts with an "R", please remove that when entering in your info.

Check-in time begins at 4:00pm. Waterpark access is available as early as 10:00am. Just head to the Resort Front Desk to pre-register and get your wristbands. We’ll text you when your room is ready.

Pro Tip: Pack a waterpark bag to make changing a breeze. There are waterpark locker rentals available for personal items.

Check-out is no later than 11:00am. After check-out, we invite you to stay a little longer and enjoy the waterpark till 3:00pm.

Yes! Add a More Time for More Fun package to your stay and receive a guaranteed 1:00 PM early check-in at a special VIP check-in area and a 2:00 PM late checkout! Just send us a text at 570-365-2212 for pricing and availability. 

Yes, the credit card used to make your reservation must have a microchip and must be present when you check-in. We will charge $1 at check-in. If you have a concern about the security of this process, please text us at 570-365-2212 to learn about possible alternative solutions.

Of course! Please text us at 570-365-2212 so that we can add them to your reservation to claim their waterpark wristbands.

Yes! Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. But, we do have a plentiful amount. We require life vests for all children under 48”.

While we do our best to accommodate all our guests’ requests, we aren’t able to guarantee that we can do so with all the requests we receive in a day. However, please feel free to text us here 570-365-2212 and we will do our best.

To provide a smoother and safer transaction for our guests and associates, our resort is 100% cashless. We accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband. Should you arrive on property with only cash, we do have kiosks to exchange your dollars onto a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You can learn more here.

In an effort to make things a bit easier for you during your stay, we’re giving you more ways to pay. All guests will now receive blue NFC room-charging wristbands that will be pre-authorized with $200 for all rooms. After presenting the credit card that was used to make your reservation, the front desk will require this $200 authorization (you may use an additional / different card) upon arrival. This allows for convenient room charging throughout the resort, at the waterpark, restaurants, the spa, and all retail areas. There is no need to carry around your credit card. Simply tap the Kalahari Logo on your blue wristband when you’re ready to pay. But remember, you still need a Photo ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

You can use your wristband for charges from check-in until your final departure. Anything unused will be returned in 3-5 business days. When guests charge $150 of their $200 pre-authorized funds, additional funds will be automatically reauthorized. First, the amount for the room charge transaction, then up to $50 per guest for each remaining night of their stay. For more info, please see the front desk upon arrival. 

You can bring your own towels or we have towels available for rent for resort guests at the towel station within the Waterpark. As long as the towels are returned daily, there's no charge for our overnight guests. If towels are not returned - there is a daily charge of $30 per towel.
