Riptide Readers

Riptide Readers is a free reading program for students in Monroe County. To participate, simply pick up a worksheet from any participating location, complete the required reading for your age level, and return the completed worksheet for validation. You'll receive a Certificate of Completion which can be redeemed for an All-Day Waterpark Day Pass as a reward. Get reading and earn exciting prizes!

Steps to Participate:

1) Pick up the worksheet from your teacher or local library.

2) Complete the required reading for your age group.

3) Return to your teacher/librarian for validation.

4) Obtain a Certificate of Completion from your teacher/librarian, which can be redeemed for one (1) All-Day Waterpark Day Pass.

5) At the end of the semester, redeem your certificate to enjoy a fun-filled day at the waterpark as a reward!

Reading Goals by Grade

  • Voucher is good for one time use only.
  • Voucher is non-refundable.
  • Voucher is redeemable at the Pocono Mountains, PA, location. Not redeemable at any other location.
  • Program is open to schools and libraries in Pennsylvania.
