Riptide Readers

Riptide Readers is a free reading program for students in surrounding areas. To participate, simply pick up a worksheet from any participating location, read books during the semester, and return the completed worksheet for validation. You'll receive an All-Day Waterpark Admission Voucher and a Pizza + Drink Voucher as a reward. Get reading and earn exciting prizes!

Elementary School: 20 books

Middle School: 10 hours of reading

High School: 20 hours of reading

Steps to Participate:

1) Pick up the worksheet from your teacher or local library.

2) Read the designated number of books for your age group throughout the semester and mark them on your worksheet.

3) Return to your teacher/librarian for validation.

4) Receive (1) All-Day Waterpark Admission and (1) Pizza + Drink Voucher.

  • Food & drink vouchers are redeemable only at Cafe Mirage or Zulu Grill.
  • Voucher is good for one time use only.
  • Voucher is non-refundable.
  • Voucher is redeemable at the Sandusky, OH, location. Not redeemable at any other location.
  • Program is open to schools and libraries in Ohio
