YES! Waterpark is INCLUDED with your stay for all registered guests.

This depends on how many guests are already coming and the room style. Certain rooms can only accommodate a specific number of guests. If there is still space to add additional guests to your room, for a nightly fee (this amount does vary) you can update your reservation here. Or text us at 512-582-4800 to find out your options.

You can do that online! Just click here, and use this Confirmation Number and email. Note: If your confirmation numbers starts with an "R", please remove that when entering in your info.

Check in time begins at 4:00pm. However, come early to pre-register as early as 10AM. You can start using the Waterpark then. Don’t worry, we’ll text you when your room is ready after 4:00 PM. Hint – pack a separate Waterpark specific bag to make changing a breeze.

Check out is no later than 11:00am. After you have checked out, if you have the time, we invite you to stay with us throughout the day and enjoy the Waterpark till it closes and many other great Kalahari amenities available.

Yes! Add a "More Time for More Fun" package to your stay and receive a guaranteed 2:00 PM early check-in at a special VIP check-in area, Valet Parking, 12:00 PM late checkout, and a delicious treat! Just send us a text at 512-582-4800 for pricing and availability. 

Yes, the credit card used to make your reservation must be present when you check-in. We will charge $1 at check-in. If you have a concern about the security of this process, please text us at 512-582-4800 to learn about possible alternative solutions.

Yes! Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. But, we do have a plentiful amount. We require life vests for all children under 48”.

In order to provide a smoother and safer transaction for our guests and associates, our resort will be 100% cashless as of August 22, 2022. We will accept credit and mobile payments (Apple/Google Pay) as well as room charges through your RFID wristband. Should you arrive on property with only cash, we do have kiosks to exchange your dollars onto a Mastercard that can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted. You will still be able to tip in cash if you choose to! For more information click here.

You can bring your own towels or we have towels available for rent for resort guests at the towel station within the Waterpark. Remember, some wet kiddos can get a chill walking to and from the waterpark and the room, even if it’s all inside. Pro Tip: Bring robes for the short walk.

While we no longer offer full stayover service, we’re proud to provide a daily refresh that includes garbage being removed, fresh towels exchanged, and amenities being replenished. When you are on property, just text with your requests.

We care about bringing you the best, so occasionally we need a moment to refresh. Please click here to review any potential ride or attraction closures. 

In effort to make things a bit easier for you during your stay, we’re giving you more ways to pay. All guests will now receive blue charging wristbands that will be pre-authorized $400 for all rooms. After presenting the credit card that was used to make your reservation, the front desk will require this $400 authorization (you may use an additional / different card) upon arrival. This allows for convenient room charging throughout the resort, at the waterpark, restaurants, the spa, and all retail areas. There is no need to carry around your credit card. Simply tap the Kalahari Logo on your blue wristband when you’re ready to pay. But remember, you still need Photo ID when purchasing alcoholic beverages. You can use your wristband for charging from the moment you check-in till 11am the day of your departure. Anything unused will be returned in 3-5 business days.
