If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full value of the service. No-shows will be charged in full.
Yes, and it is best to do so prior to your arrival at the resort to accommodate your schedule.

Youth Spa Service Guidelines:Children ages 5 - 12 may enjoy manicure, pedicure, and simple hair services only. A responsible adult 18 years or older must accompany the child for the duration of the service. Guests ages 13 - 17 may book full-service manicures, pedicures, and facial services. Guests in this age group must wear swimwear or day clothing during all services. Massage and body treatments are not available to guests under 18 years of age. All guests 17 years and younger must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older while in the spa. The Halotherapy room is open to guests of all ages. Sauna and hydrotherapy areas are reserved for guests 18 years and older
